What are the operating procedures of the shoe making moulding setting machine? Here we introduce the operating procedures of the sizing machine for your reference:
1、 Startup procedures of shoe making moulding setting machine
1. Click the cloth feeding mechanism button of the shoe making moulding setting machine to enter the operation interface of the cloth feeding mechanism, and click the main cloth feeding control switch in the upper left corner to red
2. Click the cloth outlet mechanism button of the shoe making moulding setting machine to enter the operation interface of the cloth outlet mechanism, and click the main cloth outlet control switch in the upper left corner to red.
3. Press the reset key "reset" on the operation panel, the indicator light is off, the startup indicator light flashes, press the startup indicator light, the chain rotates, and the acceleration indicator light flashes.
4. Click the oven button to enter the heating system:
a. Click the schematic icon of circulating fan to enter the power setting window of circulating fan, click the total button of circulating fan to pop up the power setting small window of circulating fan, click the number box on the white bottom to pop up the number keypad, enter the required output power value, and press OK.
b. Click the schematic icon of the exhaust fan in the upper left corner or the upper right corner to enter the power setting window of the exhaust fan, click the manual control button and confirm, click the white background number box to pop up the keypad, enter the required value and confirm. If you click the automatic control button and confirm, the extractor will automatically adjust the power of the extractor.
Click the digital box showing the temperature in the oven simulation icon to enter the heating window, click the heating total to set the heating temperature, or set the heating temperature of each oven separately. When the heating temperature is below 90 ℃, click the small fire schematic icon to heat. When the heating temperature is above 90 ℃, click the large fire schematic icon to heat and confirm.
5. Wear the guide 9 of the cloth feeding part (from the cloth feeding frame to the operation console) along the correct cloth threading route, and wear the guide belt of the cloth discharging part (from the cloth discharging overfeed roller to the cloth discharging frame).
6. Lower the red stop button on the operation panel, the chain operation stops, and the start-up indicator flashes. Lead the cloth guide up the tenter chain and press the down button of the overfeed wheel for about 10 seconds until the down button indicator lights up. Open the motors of all parts of the cloth feeding mechanism to "1". Raise the slurry pouring tank, apply the rolling pressure, turn on the motors at all parts of the console (except the needle protection inlet button), and click the general cloth feeding control button at the upper left corner of the cloth feeding mechanism to green.
7. Start the front half of the machine. After the guide cloth passes through the upper needle protection inlet, open the upper needle protection inlet button to "1". Stop the machine when the guide cloth goes out of the oven and reaches the outlet overfeed roller, and connect the guide cloth with the guide belt of the outlet part. Click the general control button of the cloth outlet mechanism to green, turn on each motor of the cloth outlet part to "1" (except the tension motor switch of the cooling drum), restart the machine, lead the cloth guide into the cloth outlet rack and stop the machine. Turn on the cooling drum tension motor switch to "1".
8. Click the stretching chain control button of the sizing machine to enter the chain control interface, input the width according to the process requirements on the process card and confirm
9. Find the cloth to be processed according to the flow card, push it to the cloth inlet, connect the guide cloth, melt the Huagong materials and put them into the slurry pouring tank (discharge the first 20L). According to the organization status and process requirements of the cloth to be processed, drop the cloth, roll it or turn it. Set the parameters of each part, and preset the middle fast / middle slow, left fast / right fast of the weft trimmer according to the weft skew of the cloth to be processed. Ring the bell to inform the incoming and outgoing cloth to start up. After the bell returns, press the start-up button, the acceleration indicator flashes, set the speed required by the process and confirm it. Click the acceleration button, and the speed will automatically increase to the speed required by the process.
2、 Shutdown procedure of sizing machine
1. After processing the cloth, introduce the guide cloth to the operation console, tear the guide cloth, click the main cloth feeding control button to red, and close the needle protection inlet button to "0". Start the second half of the machine, stop the machine when the cloth guide head reaches the cloth outlet overfeed roller, connect the cloth guide with the guide belt, turn off the tension motor of the cooling cylinder to "0", start the second half of the machine until the cloth guide is completely out of the cloth rack and stop the machine. Turn off the cloth outlet control button to red, start the machine and let the chain idle.
2. Click the oven button to enter the heating system interface, set the heating temperature of 150 ℃, the power of circulating fan is 50%, and the exhaust fan is manually controlled and extracted with 100% power, which can effectively remove the residual moisture in the oven, so as to maintain the oven. After about 30 minutes of operation, turn off the heating system and let the circulating fan and exhaust fan continue to operate until the temperature in the oven drops below 100 degrees.
3. Turn off the main power control switch of the power cabinet to "off", turn off the computer after automatically storing the processing data, and clean the whole machine
